A workshop for talking, listening and sharing music and distress as a collective “exquisite corpse”
An artistic, collaborative and intergenerational project bringing young people and artists together through cassettes and poetry
“What was exciting about the ‘exquisite corpse’ was the certainty that, for better or worse, it represented something that could not be achieved through the work of a single mind”
André Breton
Do you like music? Have you ever felt that a song says exactly what you do not know how to explain? Some songs express exactly how you feel. Others help you think, breathe or simply feel less alone.
~BODIES is a workshop where we talk about music and everything that goes through our minds. We listen to music, carry out creative sound activities and record audio on cassettes with our experiences, thoughts and music.
A space to talk about music, distress and what happens inside us. Listen. Share. Create.
“The need to lend a voice to suffering is a condition of all truth.”
Theodor W. Adorno, Negative Dialectics.
Events carried out in collaboration with La Panera (Lleida) and Ocell Foc Ponent, with the support of the Spanish Ministry of Culture within the “Public Grants for the Creation, Research and Production of Artistic Projects in Residence” (2025).
